侯景亂，梁簡文帝為景所幽，景歷與南康嗣王蕭會理謀，欲挾簡文出奔，事泄見執，賊黨王偉保護之，獲免。 In Hou Jing's rebellion Emperor Jianwen was held by Jing. Jingli and the heir of Nankang, Xiao Huili, plotted to carry the emperor off, but the plot was discovered and he was arrested. The rebel Wang Wei shielded him and he survived.

庚午，以司空南康嗣王會理兼尚書令，南海王大臨為揚州刺史，新興王大莊為南徐州刺史。 On gengwu the heir of Nankang Prince Huili, Minister of Works, also became Director of the Masters of Writing; Prince Dalin of Nanhai became Yangzhou inspector; Prince Dazhuang of Xinxing became South Xuzhou inspector.

壬寅，景害南康嗣王會理。 On renyin Hou Jing killed the heir of Nankang Prince Huili.
