夷列妹普速完 Yilie's sister Pusuwan

子幼，遺詔以妹普速完權國，稱制，改元崇福，號承天太后。 The son was young; testamentary edict had younger sister Pusuwan hold state; she held rule, changed the era to Chongfu, title Chengtian Empress Dowager.

駙馬父斡里剌以兵圍其宮，射殺普速完及朴古只沙里。 The consort's father Wolila led troops surrounding her palace and shot Pusuwan and Puguzhi Shali to death.

普速完在位十四年。 Pusuwan was on the throne fourteen years.
