唐明宗先以女妻之，及即位，封其女為興平公主，拜延壽駙馬都尉、樞密使。 Emperor Mingzong of Tang had already married a daughter to him; when he came to the throne he enfeoffed her as Princess of Xingping and appointed Yanshou imperial son-in-law commandant and commissioner of the Bureau of Military Affairs.

天顯末，以延壽妻在晉，詔取之以歸。 Late in the Tianxian era, because Yanshou's wife was still in Jin territory, an edict was issued to fetch her and bring her home.
