初，鹿城主簿潘好禮慕有功為人，論之曰：「昔稱張釋之為廷尉，天下無冤人，今有功斷獄，亦天下無冤人。 Earlier Pan Haoli, chief clerk of Lucheng, praised Yougong: "People once said that when Zhang Shizhi was minister of punishments there were no wronged persons under Heaven. Under Yougong there were likewise none.
