興定元年，潞州行元帥府事粘割貞言：「近承奏格，凡去歲覃恩之官，以品從差等聽其入粟，委帥府書空宣敕授之，則人無陳訴之勞，而官有儲蓄矣。 In Xingding 1, Niange Zhen, acting head of the Luzhou Marshal Headquarters, said, "Recently we received the submitted regulations: for all offices granted in last year's general amnesty, grain submissions are permitted according to rank and status, and the Marshal Headquarters is entrusted to write blank imperial appointment documents and confer them. Thus people have no burden of petitioning, while the government has reserves.
