辛酉，詔：「近聞百執事等，或親居內職，或貴列廷臣，或宣達君恩，或勾當公事，經由列鎮，幹撓諸侯，指射職員，安排親昵，或潛示意旨，或顯發書題。 On xinyou an edict said: "I have recently heard that officials of every sort, whether personally holding inner posts, ranked among honored court ministers, conveying imperial grace, or managing public business, pass through the regional garrisons, interfere with the regional lords, point out staff members, arrange favorites, and either secretly indicate intentions or openly send written instructions.
