長沙嗣王業字靜曠，高祖長兄懿之子也。 Ye, Heir Prince of Changsha, whose style was Jingkuang, was the son of Yi, elder brother of Emperor Wu.

高祖旣至，乃赴于軍，以爲寧朔將軍。 Once Emperor Wu had arrived, he came to join the army and was appointed General Who Pacifies the North.

深信因果，篤誠佛法，高祖每嘉歎之。 He was a devout believer in karmic retribution and sincerely devoted to the Buddhist teachings, which Emperor Wu often praised with admiration.

從幸華林園，於座獻《相風烏》、《華光殿》、《景陽山》等頌，其文甚美，高祖深賞異之。 On an imperial visit to Hualin Garden, he presented at the banquet his odes "The Wind-Measuring Bird," "Huaguang Hall," "Jingyang Mountain," and others. The writing was exquisite, and Emperor Wu admired it greatly.

高祖每歎曰：「子弟並如迦葉，吾復何憂。」 Emperor Wu often sighed and said, 'If all my sons and nephews were like Kaye, what would I have to worry about?'

高祖每以此稱之。 Emperor Wu often praised him for this.

永陽嗣王伯游字士仁，高祖次兄敷之子。 Boyou, Heir Prince of Yongyang, styled Shiren, was the son of Fu, Gaozu's second elder brother.

高祖即位，追贈侍中、司空，封永陽郡王，諡曰昭。 When Gaozu took the throne, Fu was posthumously granted the offices of Attendant-in-Ordinary and Minister of Works, enfeoffed as Prince of Yongyang Commandery, and given the posthumous title Zhao.

衡陽嗣王元簡字熙遠，高祖第四弟暢之子。 Yuanjian, Heir Prince of Hengyang, styled Xiyuan, was the son of Chang, Gaozu's fourth younger brother.

高祖平京邑，贈給事黃門侍郎。 After Gaozu pacified the capital, Rong was posthumously granted the office of Yellow Gate Gentleman for Service.
