始將傳政，使內參乘子尚乘驛送詔書於鄴。 When he first prepared to hand over the government, he sent Zishang, an Inner Cansheng, by relay post to carry the edict to Ye.

子尚出晉陽城，見人騎隨後，忽失之，尚未至鄴而其言已布矣。 As Zishang left Jinyang, he saw a rider following him who suddenly vanished; before Zishang reached Ye, the news had already spread.
