於是使樂毅約趙惠文王，別使連楚、魏，令趙嚪說秦以伐齊之利。 Thus, he sent Yue Yi to make alliance with King Huiwen of Zhao, separately sent envoys to connect with Chu and Wei, ordered Zhao Yan to persuade Qin of the advantages of attacking Qi.
