御史趙啟霖劾芝貴，因及慶親王奕劻子載振納賄漁色事，命大臣按驗所劾，稱無左證，褫啟霖職，而芝貴亦由是罷。 Censor Zhao Qilin impeached Zhigui and extended the charge to Prince Qing Yikuang's son Zai Zhen for bribery and debauchery. The court ordered senior ministers to investigate, who reported that there was no corroborating evidence, stripped Qilin of his post, and Zhigui was dismissed as well.

紹年言御史風聞言事，啟霖無罪，爭之不得，遂稱疾。 Shaonian argued that censors were entitled to report on rumor and hearsay and that Qilin was innocent, but his protest failed and he then claimed illness.

御史趙啓霖劾奕劻及其子貝子載振受賄納優，命醇親王載灃與家鼐往按，啓霖坐汚衊親貴褫職，而載振尋亦乞罷兼官。 Censor Zhao Qilin impeached Yikuang and his son, the beizi Zaizhen, for taking bribes and keeping actresses. Prince Chun Zaifeng and Jianai were sent to investigate. Zhao Qilin was punished for slandering imperial kin and stripped of office, and Zaizhen soon resigned his concurrent posts as well.
