野王部督郵掾示殳祤趙都案驗，得其主守盜十金罪，收捕。 Yewang directed his regional inspector clerk Zhao Du of Duiyu to investigate; he proved Bing's crime of embezzling ten jin of gold while in office, and arrested him.

並不首吏，都格殺。 Bing resisted arrest and Du killed him in the scuffle.

都詣吏自殺以明野王，京師稱其威信，遷為大鴻臚。 Du killed himself at the yamen gate to spare Yewang; the capital praised his loyalty and promoted Yewang to grand herald.
