劾前巡撫成齡需索供應，又劾布政使劉清、署按察使張曾獻及府州縣多人，尋調陝西。 He impeached former Governor Cheng Ling for extorting supplies, also impeached Administration Commissioner Liu Qing, acting Surveillance Commissioner Zhang Cengxian, and numerous prefectural and county officials, and was soon transferred to Shaanxi.
