先是，偉與儀曹郎袁昇、屯田郎李延孝、外兵郎李奐、三公郎王延業方駕而行，偉少居後。 Earlier Wei had been riding with Ritual Director Yuan Sheng, Field Director Li Yanxiao, External Troops Director Li Huan, and Three Ducal Houses Director Wang Yanye; Wei, being the youngest, trailed behind.

而昇等四人，皆於河陰遇害，果如其言。 Sheng and the other three were all killed at Heyin, exactly as she had foretold.
