宣州觀察使殷日用奏為判官，宣慰使李季卿又以表薦，連授大理評事、兼監察御史。 Yin Riyong, commissioner observing Xuanzhou, memorialized to make him judge; pacification commissioner Li Jiqing also recommended him, and he was successively made evaluator in the Court of Judicial Review and concurrent investigating censor.
