父弈洛韓，有二子，長曰吐谷渾，少曰若洛廆。 Their father Yiluohan had two sons—the elder named Tuyuhun, the younger Ruoluohe.

頗視書傳，自謂曾祖弈洛韓始封昌黎公，曰：「吾為公孫之子。 He read somewhat in books and records and held that his great-grandfather Yiluohan had first been enfeoffed as Duke of Changli, saying, "I am the grandson of a duke.
