河南界中又有蝗蟲，府丞義出行蝗，還見延年，延年曰：「此蝗豈鳳皇食邪？」 Locusts also appeared within Henan. Assistant Yi went out to inspect them, and when he returned to see Yannian, Yannian said, "Could these locusts be food for a phoenix?"
