先是，朝廷立衛屯田，嘗命中書右丞也先不花提督，與禿堅帖木兒分院之地相近，因擾及其親里，搆成嫌隙，也先不花乃譖禿堅帖木兒詆毀朝政，孛羅帖木兒與禿堅帖木兒相友善，且知其誣，遣人白其非罪。 Earlier the court had set up guard garrison farms under Right Vice Chancellor Yesen Buhua, whose district bordered that of Toqto'a Timur. Yesen Buhua's men disturbed Toqto'a Timur's kin and home district, breeding resentment until Yesen Buhua accused Toqto'a Timur of slandering the government. Boluo Timur, who was friendly with Toqto'a Timur and knew the charge was false, sent word that he was innocent.
