壬辰，以北院樞密使魏王耶律乙辛知南院大王事，加於越，知北院樞密使事耶律霂為北院樞密使，北院樞密副使耶律特裏底知北院樞密使事，左夷離畢耶律世遷同知北院樞密使事。 On renchen day Northern Court privy commissioner Prince of Wei Yelü Yixin was made to administer Southern Court great king affairs and promoted yuyue; Yelü Mu, who administered Northern Court privy affairs, was made Northern Court privy commissioner; Northern Court associate privy commissioner Yelü Telidi was made administrator of Northern Court privy affairs; Left yilibi Yelü Shiqian was made associate Northern Court privy commissioner.

乙丑，以蕭撻不也為北府宰相，耶律世遷知北院樞密使事，耶律慎思同知北院樞密使事。 On yichou day Xiao Tabuye was made Northern Court chancellor; Yelü Shiqian was made administrator of Northern Court privy affairs; Yelü Shensi associate Northern Court privy commissioner.

夏四月壬戌，以耶律世遷為上京留守。 On renxu day of the fourth summer month Yelü Shiqian was made supreme capital regent.
