十二月己丑朔，以南京統軍使耶律魘奴為惕隱，漢人行宮都部署耶律霂樞密副使，同知東京留守事蕭鐸剌夷離畢。 On the jichou new moon of the twelfth month Nanjing supreme commander Yelü Yannu was made tiyin; Han mobile palace deployment director Yelü Li was made associate privy commissioner; associate Eastern Capital regent Xiao Telaci was made yilibi.

十二月丁卯，以北院樞密副使耶律霂知北院樞密使事。 On dingmao day of the twelfth month Northern Court associate privy commissioner Yelü Li was made to administer Northern Court privy affairs.
