乙巳，五國烏隈於厥節度使耶律隗窪以所轄諸部難治，乞賜詔給劍，便宜行事，從之。 On yisi day Five States Wuyu Wujue Military Commissioner Yelü Kuiwa, finding the tribes under his command difficult to govern, petitioned for an edict and sword granting discretionary authority, and the request was granted.
