八月，以戶部郎中楊貞權陝西行六部尚書，收給潼、陝軍馬之用，奏糴販糧濟河者之半，以寬民。 In the eighth month Revenue Director Yang Zhen was named acting Shaanxi Six Ministries Chancellor to fund Tong and Shaan cavalry and proposed buying only half the grain merchants sold across the river to ease the burden on the people.
