有邯鄲人楊寬者，求義從出藩，愔請津納之。 There was a Handan man named Yang Kuan who sought to follow in righteous service when Jin went out to his province; Yin asked Jin to take him in.

俄而孝莊幽崩，愔時適欲還都，行達邯鄲，過楊寬家，為寬所執。 Before long Emperor Xiaozhuang was imprisoned and died; Yin at the time was about to return to the capital, reached Handan on the road, passed Yang Kuan's house, and was seized by Kuan.

大軍南攻鄴，歷楊寬村，寬於馬前叩頭請罪。 When the great army attacked Ye southward and passed Yang Kuan's village, Kuan knelt before the horse and begged forgiveness.
