延昌二年二月庚辰，[4]蕭衍郁洲民徐玄明等斬送衍鎮北將軍、青冀二州刺史張稷首，以州內附。 In the second month of Yanchang 2, on gengchen day, [4] Xu Xuanming and others of Yuzhou under Liang emperor Xiao Yan beheaded Zhang Ji, Liang's General Who Guards the North and governor of Qing and Ji, and surrendered the province to Wei.
