命皇弟舍利素、夷離蕭敵魯以兵會守文於北淖口。 He commanded his brother Sheli Su and the yilijin Xiao Dilu to march and rendezvous with Shouwen at Beinao Mouth.

四年秋七月戊子朔，以后兄蕭敵魯為北府宰相。 On the wuzi new moon of the fourth year's seventh autumn month he named the Empress's elder brother Xiao Dilu Northern Chancellor.

○耶律曷魯蕭敵魯 ● Yelu Helu and Xiao Dilu

太祖宮行營始置腹心部，選諸部豪健二千餘充之，以曷魯及蕭敵魯總焉。 Taizu's palace traveling camp first established the Inner Guard Corps, selecting more than two thousand stalwarts from the tribes to fill it, with Helu and Xiao Dilu placed in overall charge.

蕭敵魯，字敵輦，其母為德祖女弟，而淳欽皇后又其女兄也。 Xiao Dilu, whose style was Dilian, was born to Dezong's younger sister; Empress Chunqin was also his elder sister.

敵魯性寬厚，膂力絕人，習軍旅事。 Dilu was generous and steadfast by nature, possessed extraordinary strength, and was versed in military affairs.

太祖潛藩，日侍左右，凡征討必與行陣。 While Taizu was still in his princely household, Dilu attended him daily; on every campaign he marched in the ranks.

既即位，敵魯與弟阿古只、耶律釋魯、耶律曷魯偕總宿衛。 After the enthronement, Dilu together with his younger brother Aguzhi, Yelu Shilu, and Yelu Helu jointly directed the palace guard.

拜敵魯北府宰相，世其官。 Dilu was appointed Northern Chancellery chancellor, and the office became hereditary in his family.

太祖征奚及討劉守光，敵魯略地海濱，殺獲甚眾。 When Taizu campaigned against the Xi and attacked Liu Shouguang, Dilu overran the seacoast lands and killed and captured a great host.

敵魯率輕騎追之，兼晝夜行。 Dilu led light cavalry in pursuit, traveling day and night.

敵魯有膽略，聞敵所在即馳赴，親冒矢石，前後戰未嘗少恤，必勝乃止。 Dilu possessed daring and strategy; hearing where the enemy was, he galloped to the spot, personally braved arrows and stones, and in battle after battle never held back until victory was won.

既即位，與敵魯總腹心部。 After the enthronement, he and Dilu jointly directed the Inner Guard Corps.

剌葛既北走，與敵魯追擒於榆河。 After Cige fled north, Aguzhi and Dilu pursued and captured him at the Yu River.
