以豫州刺史侯瑱爲江州刺史，儀同三司、湘州刺史蕭循爲太尉，儀同三司、廣州刺史蕭勃爲司徒，鎮東將軍張彪爲郢州刺史。
Hou Tian, inspector of Yuzhou, was made inspector of Jiangzhou; Xiao Xun, with honors equal to the Three Dukes and inspector of Xiangzhou, became grand commandant; Xiao Bo, with honors equal to the Three Dukes and inspector of Guangzhou, became minister over the masses; and Zhang Biao, general who guards the east, became inspector of Yingzhou.
