御史吳濤在川東丈田不實，以維翰助之。 Censor Wu Tao had surveyed land falsely in eastern Sichuan, and Weihan was sent to assist him.

至則發其弊，遂以維翰代任。 When Weihan arrived, he exposed the abuses and was appointed to replace Wu Tao.
