魁倫居官廉，自為尚書時，詔寬減閩關賠繳銀六千兩，至是罄家產不足償，上益憐之，給還宅一區，俾其妻有所棲止； Kui Lun had served with integrity. As Minister of Personnel he had already been granted remission of six thousand taels owed from the Fujian customs levy. Now he spent his entire estate and still fell short; the emperor pitied him further, restored one house, and gave his wife a roof over her head.
