五月，賊陷河南歸德，鳳標與大學士賈楨、尚書翁心存等條擬防剿六事，多被採擇。 In the fifth month the rebels captured Guide in Henan; Fengbiao joined Grand Secretary Jia Zhen, Minister Weng Xincong, and others in drafting six proposals for defense and suppression, many of which the court adopted.
