是則吏挾威福之勢，民懷不對之怨，所以溫舒獻辭於失政，絳侯慷慨而興歎。 Thus clerks wield arbitrary power while the people nurse grievances of unanswered justice—hence Wen Shu offered his remonstrance against misrule, and the Marquis of Jiang sighed aloud in indignation.
