魏聽綜收斂僚屬，乃訪之才在彭泗，啟魏帝云：「之才大善醫術，兼有機辯。」 Wei allowed Zong to gather his staff; he then inquired after Zhicai at Peng and Si and reported to the Wei emperor, "Zhicai is greatly skilled in medicine and also has ready wit."
