為耀州節度，唐諸陵在境者悉發之，取所藏金寶：而昭陵最固，悉藏前世圖書，鍾、王紙墨，筆跡如新。 As military commissioner of Yaozhou, he opened every Tang imperial tomb within his jurisdiction and looted the gold and treasures inside. The Zhao Mausoleum, the most securely built of all, held books and maps from earlier ages as well as calligraphy by Zhong You and Wang Xizhi—works whose ink looked as though it had been written yesterday.
