甲戌，詔天下，以比者逆臣孛羅帖木兒、禿堅帖木兒、老的沙等幹紀亂倫，內外之民經值軍馬，致使困乏，與免一切雜泛差徭。 On the jiaxu day an edict went out to all under Heaven: the rebel ministers Bolad Temür, Tuq Temür, and Laod Sha had violated discipline and disrupted proper order, and because civilians everywhere had been exhausted when armies passed through, all miscellaneous levies and corvée duties were remitted.
