丙寅，立行樞密院於阿難答察罕腦兒，命陜西行省左丞相禿魯仍前少保兼知行樞密院事。 On the bingyin day a branch Bureau of Military Affairs was established at Anandaqaghan Na'ur; Shaanxi left chief minister Tolu retained his former post as junior guardian and was made concurrent director of the branch bureau.
