又宣政院使脫歡，與之同惡相濟，為國大蠹。 Tohuan, commissioner of the Bureau for the Propagation of Governance, joined their conspiracy and became a great plague on the realm.

二十三年，監察御史也先帖木兒、孟也先不花、傅公讓等乃劾奏樸不花、脫歡奸邪，當屏黜。 In the twenty-third year, investigating censors Yesian Timur, Meng Yesian Buhua, Fu Gongrang, and others memorialized the throne, charging Po Buhua and Tohuan with corruption and demanding their removal.
