高祖誅僧辯,鐵虎率所部降,因復其本職。
When the Founder killed Sengbian, Tiehu surrendered with his command and was restored to his former post.
高祖聞之,下詔曰:「天地之寶,所貴曰生,形魄之徒,所重唯命。
When the Founder heard, he issued an edict: "Heaven and earth treasure life above all; among mortal men nothing weighs like a single fate.
