戊子，以殿前都點檢耶律義先為行軍都部署，忠順軍節度使夏行美副部署，東北面詳穩耶律朮者為監軍，伐蒲奴裏酋陶得裏。 On wuzi day, Yelü Yixian, commander of the Palace Front, was appointed supreme campaign commander; Xia Xingmei, military commissioner of the Zhongshun Army, was appointed his deputy; and Yelü Shuzhe, Northeastern xiangwen, was appointed army supervisor for the campaign against Taodeli, chieftain of Puniuli.

乙酉，耶律義先等執陶得裏以獻。 On yiyou day Yelü Yixian and others presented the captured Taodeli.

重熙十七年，遷副部署，從點檢耶律義先討蒲奴裏，獲其酋陶得裏以歸。 In the seventeenth year of Chongxi he was made Deputy Deployment Commissioner. Following Inspector Yelü Yixian, he campaigned against Punuli, captured its chieftain Taodeli, and brought him back in triumph.

十六年，為殿前都點檢，討蒲奴裏，多所招降，獲其酋長陶得裏以歸，手詔褒獎，以功改南京統軍使，封武昌郡王。 In the sixteenth year he was made Palace Front Command inspector; he campaigned against Punnuli, won many surrenders, and returned with the tribal chief Taodeli; the emperor wrote him a personal commendation, and for his merit he was made Nanjing military governor and enfeoffed Prince of Wuchang Commandery.
