金溪縣民陶甲，厚積而凶險，嘗屢誣陷其縣長吏罷去之，由是官吏畏其人，不敢詰治，陶遂暴橫於一郡。 In Jinxi County a man named Tao Jia had grown rich and was brutal and cunning; he had repeatedly framed county magistrates until they were removed, so that officials feared him and dared not prosecute him, and Tao lorded it over the whole prefecture.

景行至，以法痛繩之，徙五百里外。 When Jingxing arrived, he punished Tao severely under the law and exiled him more than five hundred li away.
