太宗昭慈皇后，名脫列哥那，乃馬真氏，生定宗。 Taizong's Empress Zhaoci was named Töregene, of the Naiman clan, and bore Dingzong.

歲辛丑十一月，太宗崩，后稱制攝國者五年。 In the eleventh month of the xinchou year Taizong died; the empress held the regency and governed the realm for five years.

至元二年崩，追謚詔慈皇后，升祔太宗廟。 She died in Zhiyuan 2 and was posthumously enfeoffed as Empress Zhaoci; her tablet was elevated to join Taizong in the ancestral temple.
