四年十月丁未，蘭陵民桓富殺其縣令，與昌慮桓和北連太山羣盜張和顏等，聚黨保五固，推司馬朗之為主，詔淮陽王尉元等討之。 In the tenth month of year 4, on dingwei day, Huan Fu of Lanling killed his county magistrate; with Huan He of Changlu he joined the Mount Tai bandits Zhang Heyan, rallied at Wugu, and set up Sima Langzhi as their leader; the court ordered Prince Wei Yuan of Huaiyang and others to suppress them.
