是夕，鐵失與知樞密院事也先鐵木兒、大司農失禿兒、前中書平章政事赤斤鐵木兒、前雲南行省平章政事完者、前治書侍御史鎖南、鐵失之弟宣徽使鎖南、典瑞院使脫火赤、樞密副使阿散、僉書樞密院事章台、衞士禿滿，及諸王按梯不花、孛羅、月魯鐵木兒、曲律不花、兀魯思不花等，以鐵失所領阿速衞兵為外應，殺右丞相拜住，而鐵失直犯禁幄，手弒英宗于臥所。
That night Tie Shi, together with privy council administrator Yesen Timur, Minister of Revenue Shitu'er, former central pingzhang Chijin Timur, former Yunnan pingzhang Wanzhe, former associate censor Suonan, Tie Shi's younger brother Huizheng commissioner Suonan, Ceremonial Regalia Court commissioner Tuohuochi, privy council vice director Asan, privy council secretary Zhangtai, guard Tumian, and the princes Atibuhua, Boluo, Yuelu Timur, Qulvuhua, and Ulusibuhua, used Tie Shi's Asud guards as accomplices, killed right chancellor Bayiju, then burst into the forbidden tent and personally assassinated Emperor Yingzong in his sleeping quarters.
