明瑞負創行二十餘裡，手截辮髮授其僕歸報，而縊於樹下，其僕以木葉掩屍去。 Wounded, Ming Rui went on for more than twenty li, cut off his own queue with his own hand and gave it to his servant to return and report, then hanged himself beneath a tree; his servant covered the body with leaves and departed.
