光化元年三月，太祖令往光州說刺史劉存背淮賊以向國，又從李彥威復黃州及武昌縣，獲刺史瞿章。 In the third month of Guanghua 1 the Founder sent him to Guangzhou to urge Liu Cun to abandon the Huai rebels for the throne; he then joined Li Yanwei in retaking Huangzhou and Wuchang county and took Prefect Qu Zhang captive.
