八年，建賢良祠京師，諭滿洲大臣當入祀者五人，大學士圖海、都統賚塔，次即顧八代，及尚書瑪爾漢、齊蘇勒。 In year 8 the Worthy and Good Shrine was built in the capital. An edict named five Manchu ministers for enshrinement: Grand Secretary Tuhai and Commander-in-chief Ceben, then Gu Badai, and Ministers Ma Erhan and Qisuole.

鵬年卒，齊蘇勒為河督，以工事劾甸，行河至濟寧，士民群聚乞還甸。 When Pengnian died, Qisule became canal governor and impeached Dian over engineering. When Qisule traveled the canal to Jining, gentry and commoners gathered in crowds begging for Dian's return.

齊蘇勒疏陳，召入見。 Qisule memorialized on this, and Dian was summoned for audience.
