從幸榆林，時鐵勒契弊歌棱攻敗吐谷渾，其部攜散，遂遣使請降求救。 He accompanied the emperor to Yulin. At that time the Tiele chief Qibili Geling attacked and defeated Tuyuhun, whose tribes scattered in flight, and they then sent envoys to request surrender and aid.
