豫章內史錢法成詣府進謁，即配其子季卿將領馬仗，季卿慚恥，不時至，叔陵大怒，侵辱法成，法成憤怨自縊而死。 When Yuzhang inner administrator Qian Facheng came to the princely residence to pay court, Shuling immediately detailed Facheng's son Jiqing to lead horse and arms. Jiqing, mortified, delayed; Shuling flew into a rage and abused Facheng until Facheng, bitter and aggrieved, hanged himself.
