亮以名家子，宋末選尚公主，拜駙馬都尉、秘書郎，累遷桂陽王文學，南郡王友，秘書丞。 As a son of a great house, at the end of Song he was matched to a princess, made commandant of the horse for the imperial son-in-law and secretary gentleman, and rose through literary scholar to the prince of Guiyang, friend to the prince of Nanjun, and secretary assistant.
