時商挺為安西王相，遇於途，楫因言：「京兆之西，荒野數千頃，宋、金皆嘗置屯，如募民立屯田，歲可得谷，給王府之需。」 At the time Shang Ting was chancellor to the Prince of Anxi. Meeting him on the road, Ji said: "West of Jingzhao lie several thousand qing of wasteland where both Song and Jin once maintained garrison farms. If farmers were recruited to establish military colonies there, the annual harvest could supply the prince's household."
