江東、西奉使斡來不稱職，權臣匿其奸，冀不問，朵兒只劾而杖之，斡來愧死。 Wolai, commissioner to Jiangdong and Jiangxi, was incompetent. A powerful minister hid his misconduct, hoping to shield him from inquiry. Duoerzhi impeached him and had him beaten; Wolai died of shame.
