建武末，魏軍圍司州，明帝使徐州刺史裴叔業攻拔渦陽，以爲聲援，起珍國爲輔國將軍，率兵助焉。 Late in Jianwu, Wei besieged Si province; Emperor Ming sent Xuzhou inspector Pei Shuye to take Guoyang as a diversion and raised Zhenguo to supporting-the-state general to reinforce him.

魏將楊大眼大衆奄至，叔業懼，棄軍走，珍國率其衆殿，故不至大敗。 Wei general Yang Dayan's host suddenly arrived; Shuye in fear abandoned the army and fled; Zhenguo led the rearguard, so the defeat was not total.

永元二年，裴叔業據豫州反，授持節、征虜將軍、督豫州諸軍事、豫州刺史，領歷陽南譙二郡太守，討叔業。 In the second year of Yongyuan, Pei Shuye rebelled while holding Yuzhou. Yi received the staff of authority as General Who Pacifies the Barbarians, Commander-in-Chief of Yuzhou, and Governor of Yuzhou, and concurrently governed Liyang and Nanqiao, to suppress Shuye.

永元元年，遷持節、督豫州軍事、豫州刺史，代裴叔業。 In the first year of Yongyuan, he was transferred to bearer of the staff of authority supervising military affairs in Yu Province and Governor of Yu Province, to replace Pei Shuye.

裴叔業以壽春降虜，又遷沖爲督南兖兖徐青冀五州、南兖州刺史，持節、將軍如故。 When Pei Shuye surrendered Shouchun to the enemy, Chong was again appointed commander of Nan Yan, Yan, Xu, Qing, and Ji provinces and Governor of Nan Yan Province, retaining his staff of authority and general's rank.

三月，乙亥，司馬黃瑤起、寧蠻長史河東裴叔業於城內起兵，攻奐，斬之，執彪及弟爽、弼、殷睿，皆伏誅。 In the third month, on yihai, chief of staff Huang Yaoqi and pacifying-the-barbarians chief clerk Pei Shuye of Hedong mutinied inside the city, attacked Wang Huan, and killed him; they seized Biao, his brothers Shuang and Bi, and Yin Rui, and all were put to death.
