丁巳，以翰林學士邢抱樸為尚書、禮部侍郎、知制誥，左拾遺知制誥劉景、吏部郎中知制誥牛藏用並政事舍人。 On dingsi day Hanlin academician Xing Baopu was appointed Minister of Rites, vice minister, and drafter of edicts; left reminder and drafter of edicts Liu Jing and Ministry of Personnel bureau director and drafter of edicts Niu Cangyong were both made administrative secretaries.

二月丙子朔，以牛藏用知樞密直學士。 On the bingzi new moon of the second month Niu Cangyong was appointed acting Secretariat direct academician.
